Every tier: 30-day tune-in period · You own your number, accounts, and data · Cancel anytime after 90 days (the $0-setup option is a 3-month commitment) · No per-message fees.

Minutes over your cap: we'll talk before you ever pay an overage.

Founding clients. 3 founding-client spots for MN/WI shops: setup fee waived in exchange for letting us share your real numbers.

Texting and call recording have consent rules (TCPA, state laws). We set it up with disclosure built in; check with your own advisor for your business.

Does it pay for itself?

Use your own numbers. Say your average job is $400. The Front Desk is $397 a month. One call it catches and books, that would have gone to voicemail, covers the month. Everything after that is yours.

The monthly report shows calls caught and jobs booked, so you can check the math every month.

Not sure which fits? If you mostly need the phone covered, start with The Front Desk. If quotes go cold and reviews don't get asked for, The Office Manager handles that too. Say so on the call and we'll point you at the smaller one instead of upselling you.

Every tier

Included, no matter what.

  • 30-day tune-in period: we review its calls with you and tighten it until it sounds like your shop.
  • No per-message fees: the texts it sends are not metered.
  • You own your number, accounts, and data: set up under your ownership from day one.
  • Cancel anytime after 90 days: except the $0-setup option, which is a 3-month commitment.

The comparison

Against your other options.

Voicemail is free until the caller dials someone else. Here's the honest side by side.

Voicemail Answering service AI front desk
Answers at 7 PM No. A beep. Yes, a person reading a script Yes, in your business name
Knows your business No Limited to the script Built from your website and your rules
Books the job No. You call back. Usually takes a message Yes
Texts back missed calls No Varies by provider In seconds
Tells you what happened A voicemail to listen to Varies by provider A text summary of every call

If you have a great receptionist, keep them. The front desk catches what they can't: after hours, the other line, the call that comes in while they're helping someone else.

Hear it yourself

Try to stump it.

Send us your website and we'll build a demo of YOUR front desk. You call it and try to stump it.

Money questions

The fine print, in plain English.

What does the setup fee pay for?

What the setup builds:

  • Your front desk script, written from your website and your rules
  • Your emergency rules: which calls go straight to a human
  • Missed-call text-back and instant web-lead replies, wired in
  • A test round: you call it and try to stump it before it takes a real call
  • A number set up under your ownership, yours if you leave
  • 30 days of tune-in after it goes live

Founding clients get all of it with the setup fee waived, in exchange for sharing their real numbers.

What is the $0 setup option?

On The Front Desk, you can skip the $497 setup fee if you commit to 3 months. It is the one exception to cancel anytime after 90 days: you are in for the 3 months, then it is month to month.

Why is there a monthly fee?

Because a phone line that is not managed drifts. Your hours, services, and prices change. The monthly fee covers the phone and AI costs, tuning as your business changes, and a monthly report of calls caught and jobs booked, from the person who built it.

What if I go over my call minutes?

Minutes over your cap: we'll talk before you ever pay an overage. No surprise bills.

Are there other costs?

No per-message fees, no percentage of revenue. On The Operator tier, if a custom scope needs paid third-party software you don't already have, you'll know the number before we start.

What if I cancel?

After the first 90 days, cancel anytime (the $0-setup option is a 3-month commitment). You own your number, accounts, and data from day one, so you keep them.

Twenty minutes. A straight number.

Book the call, tell us how calls come into your shop, and leave knowing what it would cost, or that it isn't worth it yet. We say that too.
