01 / The leak

Where the money walks out.

You're under a sink, on a roof, or in a crawl space. The phone rings. You can't get it. That's the whole problem.

01

It goes to voicemail

7 PM, Saturday, mid-job. Nobody can get to it. The caller hears a beep.

02

They call the next company

Plenty of callers don't leave a message. They go back to Google and dial the next number.

03

You never knew it happened

No missed job on the books. Just a slow month you can't explain.

02 / The fix

Missed call to booked job, by text.

A sample thread. Fictional company, real workflow. No case studies, no testimonials. Just the thing itself.

TEXTS: NORTHLAND PLUMBING Sample (fictional company)
MISSED CALL 7:12 PM Dana W. called. Nobody picked up.
AI FRONT DESK · 7:12 PM

Hi Dana, this is the AI assistant for Northland Plumbing. Sorry we missed you. What's going on?

DANA · 7:13 PM

Water heater is leaking in the utility room. Can someone come out?

AI FRONT DESK · 7:13 PM

Is water pooling fast, or is it a slow drip? If it's flooding, I'll have a person call you right now.

DANA · 7:14 PM

Slow drip. Floor's wet. How much is this gonna cost?

AI FRONT DESK · 7:14 PM

I don't have a price for that and I won't guess. The tech will go over it with you before any work starts. I can get you in tomorrow 8 to 10 AM or 10 to noon. Which works?

DANA · 7:15 PM

8 to 10.

AI FRONT DESK · 7:15 PM

Booked: tomorrow, 8 to 10 AM, water heater leak. You'll get a text when the tech is on the way.

TEXT TO THE OWNER · 7:16 PM

Dana W. Water heater, slow leak, floor wet, not flooding. Booked tomorrow 8 to 10 AM. Asked about price; told the tech will quote on site.

Sample: voicemail at 7:12, booked by 7:15, summary on your phone by 7:16.

Texting and call recording have consent rules (TCPA, state laws). We set it up with disclosure built in; check with your own advisor for your business.

  • Texts back missed calls within seconds
  • Replies instantly to web form leads

Gas leak, flooding, no heat in winter: you decide what counts as an emergency, and those calls go to a person.

Hear it yourself

Try to stump it.

Send us your website and we'll build a demo of YOUR front desk. You call it and try to stump it.

05 / The setup

How setup works.

Four steps. We do the work. You try to stump it before it takes a real call.

Send your website

Your site plus a short form: services, hours, service area, what counts as an emergency. That’s the homework.

We build it

We set up the front desk in your business name, on a number and accounts you own, with your rules for what it answers, books, and hands to a human.

You try to stump it

You call it before it takes a real call. Whatever it gets wrong, we fix.

Live, then tuned

It goes live and we tune it for 30 days. After that we keep tuning monthly and send a report of calls caught and jobs booked.

What the setup builds:

  • Your front desk script, written from your website and your rules
  • Your emergency rules: which calls go straight to a human
  • Missed-call text-back and instant web-lead replies, wired in
  • A test round: you call it and try to stump it before it takes a real call
  • A number set up under your ownership, yours if you leave
  • 30 days of tune-in after it goes live

Founding clients get all of it with the setup fee waived, in exchange for sharing their real numbers. It starts with the 7-day build: after-hours line first, all calls once you've tried to stump it.

06 / Local

Built in Minnesota for Minnesota and Wisconsin service businesses.

No sales team, no account manager. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who builds your front desk and answers when something needs fixing.

07 / Fair questions

Asked and answered.

Will callers know it is an AI?

Yes. It tells them up front that they are talking to an AI assistant for your business. No pretending. Callers who want an answer and a time slot get both. Anything it can’t handle, it takes a message on and texts you.

What does it say when someone asks about price?

Only what you gave it. If you want it to say “$89 diagnostic visit,” it will. If you didn’t give it a number, it says so and tells the caller who will quote it. It never makes up a price.

What about real emergencies?

You write the rules: gas smell, flooding, no heat in January, whatever counts for your trade. Those calls go straight to a human, the way you set it. We test the rules with you before it takes live calls.

What do I need to get started?

Your website, a short form about your services, hours, and service area, and a business phone number. We build it from there. You don’t learn a new tool. You get texts and a monthly report.

Does it replace my office staff?

No. It catches the calls nobody can pick up: after hours, on a job, on the other line. The real conversations go back to you and your people.

Does it work with my job software?

The Operator tier plugs into ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro. The Front Desk and Office Manager tiers work without any of it.

What are call minutes, and what if I go over?

Minutes are the time the AI spends on the phone with callers. The Front Desk includes up to 500 a month, The Office Manager up to 1,000. Minutes over your cap: we'll talk before you ever pay an overage.

Can I cancel? Do I own my number and data?

First 90 days, then month to month. Your number, accounts, and data are yours from day one, and you keep them if you leave. No per-message fees.

What about call recording and texting rules?

Texting and call recording have consent rules (TCPA, state laws). We set it up with disclosure built in; check with your own advisor for your business.

Don't let the next call go to voicemail.

Book a 20-minute call. We'll look at how calls come into your shop and tell you straight whether a front desk makes sense. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
